Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Please note that Processing Time is separate from Delivery Time.

UK Delivery We ship across the UK using a fully tracked service for your peace of mind.

• Standard/Free delivery: 2–4 working days from dispatch
• Express delivery: next working day dispatch via 24-hour service (orders placed before 2PM)
• Next Day delivery: At present, we do not offer this service

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Delays Occasionally, delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control such as carrier delays or busy periods. We'll always do our best to keep you informed.
